Unfortunately the last update I did was to my wordpress permalinks changing the format from /%postname%/ to /%category%/postname%/ which has caused a number of problems with my webpages listed in google.
As it turns out my webpage went from having 162 pages to 545 pages indexed in Google within the past 2 weeks. which on analysis looks like Google has re-indexed my pages thinking I have new content, but in fact it doesn't.
Rankings should hopefully, go back up as the pages are recognized again and backlinks from authority sites take hold.
